The key reliable, accurately-searchable document data. LDSI follows a thoroughly documented process to capture and enter relevant document information such as originator, recipient, date, location, and key document information which may be of interest to the client.

LDSI always begins by building a matter-specific reference table and coding manual to ensure consistency in coding similar documents by multiple coders and provide guidelines for coding documents that require judgment calls. A sample database, delivered to the client soon after commencement, provides an opportunity to adjust specifications. Databases are customized to clients’ exact needs.

Data checkpoints and quality control procedures prevail throughout process to catch any errors or inconsistencies as early as possible, before they reach the client. LDSI’s project managers perform review, including frequent verification the coding database against the client’s work order.
